As the AVP, Head of Enterprise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Sun Life Financial, she is charged with creating and implementing enterprise-wide strategic plans, enabling the organization to leverage inclusion to demonstrably drive innovation.
Sarah is a strategic business partner skilled in delivering substantive inclusion strategies that span organizational culture, learning, inclusive talent management, and metrics that assess the impact of DE&I initiatives.
A graduate of the University of Toronto, Sarah lives with her husband and two children. She is a self-declared neat freak in her spare time, saving the world from clutter, one space at a time.
