Shalaka Bhor: Shalaka has 13 years of experience in the eLearning domain as a Quality Assurance Expert and leads the QA function at Harbinger Interactive Learning. She is an enthusiastic learner of digital accessibility and has worked on many eLearning projects to successfully implement Section 508 and WCAG guidelines. Some of her KRAs include designing accessibility solutions for the projects, strategy implementation, test planning, setting up a testing environment, and team training. She is also a part of the engineering excellence initiative at Harbinger Group and closely works with the team for continuous process improvements and quality initiatives.
